Bridging the worlds of the physical and spiritual through deep subconscious work, and opening to other dimensions. I offer 1:1 sessions where we go into whatever is present for you, we can explore other lifetimes, parts work, shadow integration, spirit team guidance, energy healing, inner child connection, imprints, programming and frequency upgrades and activations.
Life Force Nourishment & Food
I prepare food and magical treats for retreats, medicine ceremonies, workshops and gatherings. I take sacred care in what I create that gets consumed into the body.
Cacao
As a Cacao Ambassador I hold Cacao ceremonies, online Cacao circles, 1:1 cacao sits, Cacao trainings, masterclasses, and am a supplier of ceremonial Cacao. I serve her in the ways she wants to be shared through me, and I get her into the hands and hearts of the people that she brings to me.
Retreats, Festivals & Ceremony Collaborations
I love to collaborate with other healers, medicine facilitators, sound healers, musicians, and ceremonialists. I offer breathwork ceremonies, women’s circles, womb activations, group shamanic journeys, somatic dance journeys, and shamanic ceremonies. I also love to be part of temple teams, create sacred spaces, and lead rituals.

This session supports reconnection with your Soul or Higher Self, reclamation of life-force and inner authority, and the integration of insight that allows you to move forward feeling more whole, alive, and aligned.
Using Soul-Empowering Hypnosis and Shamanic Journey work, I guide you into a deep yet conscious altered state where the thinking mind softens and the wisdom of the Soul becomes accessible. Within this space, we work with what is most relevant for you in this moment.
This session may include:
