We are in the season of the longest night — a time humanity has marked for thousands of years as a sacred threshold between what has been and what is becoming

The Solstice was the start of the days of Yule. This is a time when the light has turned, when something new has begun quietly growing beneath the surface, and when gathering in community helps us feel that shift in our bodies and lives.

This Yule Immersion is a 5-hour seasonal ceremony — a Rite of Union with the Earth, the returning light, ourselves, and one another.

When we consciously mark the seasons in this way, we create space to complete cycles, move through change with more ease, and invite more joy, warmth, and aliveness into our lives. This is part of being human. Part of living in balance with the Earth. And part of remembering that we don’t move through the dark alone.

What We’ll Share Together:

  • Yuletide ritual and altar creation

  • Cacao as a heart-warming ally

  • Unity meditation

  • Movement and dance

  • Breathwork and an inner journey

  • Candle ceremony honoring shared light

  • A grounding, nourishing meal prepared with love with Salt Spring ingredients prepared by Christine

Special gift for those that register before Dec. 24th! As we are preparing food and Cacao for this it is very helpful to know numbers in advance

For the day of please bring:

  • A mug for cacao

  • A yoga mat, sheepskin, or something to lie on

  • A cozy blanket

  • A journal and pen

  • A candle

  • A small natural item or apple for the altar for the Spirits & Ancestors

  • A bowl & spoon for the meal (will be vegan & gluten free)

Please wear warm, comfortable layers.

This is a welcoming, embodied, heart-led ceremony.
No prior experience is needed. Come exactly as you are.
